<p>PRODUCT DESCRIPTION</p><p>DEDT activator 1770 is a single component non CFC solvent base product, formulated to</p><p>provide a faster cure on acicdic surfaces and cure excess DEDT cyanoacrylate adhesive outside</p><p>the bond lines. The product is highly flammable.</p><p>TYPICAL APPLICATIONS</p><p>DEDT 1770 is used to increase the cure speed of DEDT cyanoacrylate adhesive. It can be</p><p>either pre-or post-applied to the bond. It is especially suited for post application on exposed</p><p>cyanoacrylate adhesive outside of the bond line.</p><p>POLYMER PROPERTIES</p><p>Solvent Acetone</p><p>Chemical Base Organic Accelerator</p><p>Appearance Clear to amber</p><p>Specific Gravity 0.79</p><p>Viscosity (at 25°C) (mPa.s) 0.4</p><p>Flash Point (TCC) °C -17</p><p>Dry time (at 20°C) seconds <30</p><p>PRODUCT BENEFITS</p><p>* Improves the gap filling capability of cyanoacrylate adhesive.</p><p>* Reduce Fixture time.</p><p>* Has zero ozone depletion potential.</p><p>TYPICAL PERFORMANCE</p><p>Fixture time and cure speed achieved as a result of using DEDT 1770 depend on the adhesive</p><p>used and substrate bonded.</p><p>HANDLING PROCEDURES</p><p>DEDT 1770 is highly flammable.</p><p>The solvent may effect certain plastics or coatings. It is recommended that the user check all</p><p>surfaces for compatibility before use.</p><p>DIRECTIONS FOR USE</p><p>1. Apply DEDT cyanoacrylate adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bond and assemble.</p><p>2. Apply DEDT 1770 over all exposed cyanoacrylate adhesive by spray or by drop. Apply the DEDT cyanoacrylate product immediately after drying but not more than 50</p><p>seconds thereafter.</p><p>4. Apply accelerator again if a delay of more than 45 seconds between original activation and</p><p>adhesive application.</p><p>PRODUCT STORAGE</p><p>DEDT 1770 is classified as highly flammable and must be stored in an appropriate manner in</p><p>compliance with relevant regulations. Do not store combustible materials. <p>一、简介</p><p>AC49 是一款厌氧胶专用底剂。用于加快厌氧胶的固化速度。</p><p>二、适用范围</p><p>粘接表面为不活泼金属、惰性表面或粘接间隙较大或需要快速固化的场合时适用。</p><p>三、技术参数</p><p>主要化学成分： 酮</p><p>有效化学成份： 铜盐&胺</p><p>颜色： 绿色色透明</p><p>粘度： 极低</p><p>比重： 0.79</p><p>干燥时间： 30-70s</p><p>有效时间： ≤30 天</p><p>具体的固化速度与所用的厌氧胶的类型及粘接材质均有关系。以上数据均为在25℃/50±5%条</p><p>件下测得。</p><p>四、注意事项</p><p>本品为易燃品，依据当地法律进行储存及运输。与厌氧胶分开储存和运输，以防使厌氧胶固化</p><p>变质。溶剂对某些塑料基涂层有腐蚀，选用前请先确认对工件无损害。</p><p>五、一般性常识</p><p>该产品不能用于纯氧或富氧体系。也不能用来封存氯气等具有强氧化性的物质。不要将取出后</p><p>的胶液倒回原包装，以防污染原液。工作场所应通风良好，或强制通风。</p><p>六、包装</p><p>铝瓶--------------------------------1L</p><p>七、储存</p><p>8-28℃下，于阴凉干燥处密闭保存，远离火源，远离厌氧胶。保质期为24 个月。</p><p>八、使用方法</p><p>本品为厌氧胶专用底剂：先将本品涂于预接合件表面，晾干后，再在未喷底剂的粘接面涂厌氧</p><p>胶，快速接合粘接件。</p><p><br/></p>
